I finished my nephews car seat blanket a couple of weeks ago. It was right before we all got sick so I didn’t get around to taking a picture of it until yesterday. I love the pattern! It was very easy to follow and I ended up getting the blanket done in less then a week or so. I still need to make the other blanket for my other nephew, I’m going to start on it soon.

I really need to buy better yarn. My craft store has a bad selection and it seems that noone there knows how to help. I ended up talking to another yarn browser who helped me find something.

Did you know that March is National Crafters Month? I love that there is an entire month devoted to crafters! Of course, really we devote much more then just one month. There are all kinds of sales and promotions going on at craft stores, check yours for a schedule or notices.

Here is a list of a handful of Joann coupons. I love the free shipping coupon for the OTT LITEs since I don’t have a Joann store close to me. I want an OTT light for a room upstairs. We didn’t buy the right kind of ceiling fan because the lights are not good at all so I have a table next to the window. But if I end up sewing at night, I have to put a lamp next to me. I can’t decide if I want a stand up lamp or a small portable one.
